Stone Breaking and excavating system with using co2 gas
Dynamite system is replaced by Cardox which is used to excavate stoneand concerte. Using this system for excavating rocks in sensitive areas such as railways gas pipes in the residential areas , etc has economical and security advantages.
Method of operation
Injecting the co2 gas into a metal tube specially designed by Cardox under higt pressure co2 gas turn into liquid gas and afther an immediate heat , which is made by chemical heater specially designed by Cardox , the volume of the tube increases by 600 times more than its primary volume .This energy at the end of the tube witch is placed in 1x0.57 meter stone hole cases a considerable demolition with minimal vibration and sound.
